Registration Fee: $45.00
The registration fee includes up to five sports. There will be an additional $5 fee per sport for competing in more than five sports.
Participants should register according to their age as of 12/31/20
Age Groups: 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95-99
There will be additional fees for the following sports:
Bowling: $12.00 per event
Golf: $35 paid on site
Basketball, Softball, Volleyball - No longer have team fees, every player must sign up with an individual registration to participate in a team sport.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after your entry is received. You will be required to have an email address on your account to proceed with the registration. If you do not have an email address, you can create a new free Gmail account by clicking on this link.
There will be no day-of registration. Registration needs to done online or by mail. Online registration closes at midnight on July 17, 2020 and paper registrations must be postmarked by July 17, 2020. The registration fee includes up to five events (track and field is considered one and so is swimming). There will be an additional $5 fee per sport for competing in more than five events.
In the event of inclement weather or unusual/extenuating circumstances, Senior Game officials reserve the right to change the format of the competition, postpone events, or cancel. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis by the local organizing committee of the 2020 MN Senior State Games.
Refund requests must be submitted with a formal request letter including explanation for refund request to 1411 West St Germain Street Suite 104 St. Cloud, MN 56301. Not all refund requests are guaranteed for refund.
Registration and packet pick-up will be open from Thursday - Saturday 7am- 3pm and Sunday 7am-10am at the Whitney Rec Center in St. Cloud. All participants must check-in prior to arriving at their specific sporting event for competition. You will get the information you need and t-shirts at the packet pick-up.
Participants should be at their event venue 15 minutes prior to the starting time. Participants are allowed and encouraged to enter more than one event but do so at their own risk as schedule changes cannot be made to accommodate sports that occur simultaneously. Please plan accordingly.
Sports offered: Archery, Badminton, 3 on 3 basketball, Bowling, Cycling-Road Race, Cycling Time Trial, Golf, Pickleball, Power Walk, Race Walk, Racquetball, Running 5k/10k, Shuffleboard, Swimming, Softball, Table Tennis, Tennis, Track & Field and Volleyball.

Triathlon: Not held at the MN Senior Games in St. Cloud but you can check out the "Schedule of Events" page to see where you can compete in triathlon and enter your results to Fritz Bukowski - MN Senior Games Coordinator to qualify for nationals.
Medals will be presented to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each age category at the event venue. The Minnesota Senior Games are open to out-of-state residents.
Competition must take place to determine and award winner. If there is only one individual entered in an age group, that athlete must enter and complete the event in order to receive a medal. That athlete will be placed in closest age category to compete with, but not against, those athletes.
The 2019 Games will be a great year to start improving your skills for the 2020 MN Senior Games in St. Cloud which will be a qualifying year for the National Senior Games in 2021.
